The ONLY positive thing I've thought of all day
and it's only positive in a sad sort of way:

Iraq is HIS. It's his mess. It's his immoral, unjust, illegal war of choice. It's fucking HIS.

And he gets to clean it up, fuck it up further, whatever. I've felt all along they have no plan, just going along.

Guess what bushies? You OWN that mess in Iraq. OWN it. And I am going to print off enlistment papers for any bushie who starts going on about how great the war is. I'm carrying them around in my purse everywhere I go.

2. You broke it, it's yours.
Bungled war, death of innocents, bleeding social security dry, divisiveness increased tenfold, America alienated beyond belief.

Can't use 9/11 forever. Can't blame Dems because they are non-existent.

It's all on you. Now shut up and deal with it.

3. This has been my consolation all day.
Let him clean up his own damn mess. He sure can't blame it on anyone but himself. Let's see how he does. Oh I forgot, he doesn't acknowledge a mess!

6. The mess is incidental now.
Doesn't matter to them if it's messy. Doesn't matter how many Iraqi's die or if elections are held in January or not.

It's not that they didn't think it would be ugly over there...it didn't matter. Their goals are bigger than stability. One could argue that the instability works in their favor, if you believe that they wouldn't mind escalating the war of cultures and theology.

Halliburton, GE and all the other globals will get money. Military bases will be completed. Oil will be evenutally privatized and oil profits garnered. Our foothold there is established. Revenge has been gotten.

They get everything they wanted in going there in the first place. Messy or not.

The conflict could escalate to include other countries or we could even see more terrorist activity over here. With control of the media and without hesitation to use fear and distortion, both of these scenarios just serve their purposes.
