Have heard 100,000 to 250,000 pro. ballots in Ohio, what is truth?

provisional ballots in Ohio. Which is it? obiviously the news agencies say it is 100k, why count them , but earlier it was reported there were AT LEAST 250k. So what gives?

3. I think everybody's shell-shocked...
...only guessing, cuz I've only just now turned off the television and checked in on the board.

The provisional ballots are what people told they couldn't vote were given instead, right? There is no telling how many of these there are. Each precinct will have to tally it up and report there's separately... and if we're lucky, we'll actually find out soon.
