A lot of votes for Kerry to rack up in that state.

the highest concentration of the population is in this area. when they say 51% of precincts reporting....thats NOT 51% of the population. Milwaukee WI (where I am) Just started counting an hour ago. That comprizes about 30% of the total poluation and only a tiny fraction of the number of precincts. The longest lines are all in the urban areas, where the vote is mostly democratic.

3. Because this is where the Republicans chose to put their challengers.
Slows down the voting process, causes hours long waits in line, and we won't see some returns until after midnight because they were voting as late as 10:00 in Ohio.
