OBL is intent on attacking us, whether President Bush or President Kerry occupies the Oval office. They tried to take out the towers under Clinton. It makes no difference if we have a liberal or conservative president.

Obviously, he'd like Bush re-elected. Bush does wonders for Al Qaeda's recruitment.
