Ken Blackwell (R) just said that they will not allow democrats or republicans to monitor the polling places. Can you say "voter intimidation" or "Disenfranchisement"? This makes me sick.

That's what he said. That was intended to slow up the lines and discourage voting. It's much more harmful to Pubs. There are already Dem & Pub poll workers, so there will be people there to observe. Unless I learn something more, this seems like a good thing to me.
