Just heard on Colorado talk radio that 250,000 already voted....

At the ballot box and by absentee - the majority by absentee. This is a lot of votes before election day.

We voted absentee in Colorado from Nova Scotia. By the way, there are probably a good hundred or more Colorado absentee voters up here, almost all straight Dem! Lots of support and organization to turn that sucker BLUE!

2. Heard on the radio this morning that around 350-375K have in NC

so far, with 8 days to go- about the same # as the total early/absentee voters in '00. They're expecting a high turnout here.

3. New Mexico has similar numbers

The first day of early voting in the city was 8000 strong by the evening news, and that was 3 1/2 hours before the polls closed! The election board is SWAMPED with absentee ballots and is petitioning the lege to give them permission to at least get them out of the envelopes before November 2, or we'll be waiting a week for results.

This is NOT good news for the Bush junta.
