The over/under in Vegas is often the best way to judge things.

2. No legal political betting in Las Vegas
Just sporting events decided on the field of play. Even MVP awards or Academy Awards are not wagered on, contrary to widespread belief. Has to be an outcome, not a vote.

Bush is slightly less than a 1/2 favorite at offshore and English outfits, last I checked a couple of days ago. It has drifted upward slightly over the past week.
