The Poor Chimp is simply in over his head
My wife, a Yoga Teacher/adherent, cannot/will not summon forth the anger and hate that many of us have for the Chimp. Her kindness is her power, and mighty powerful it is. We were watching the debate this evening and she said to me that she feels pity for this guy that so obviously shouldn't have been saddled with a burden he was so incredibly incapable of bearing. She pretty much saw this poor dupe suffering and that's it, she feels even better for voting Kerry because it's what is best for this poor poor man.

I, on the other hand, am not burdened with this devotion to universal kindness and feel much anger, but her influence has me focusing it more on Rove and Cheney than on The Chimp. (When he is out of DC, I will refer to him by his legal name)

In regard to the Republican party, I would like to quote Churchill, who said, "What kind of people do they take us for" referring to Japan soon after Pearl Harbor.
