Also his eyes are different. The face looks like he's had a slight stroke which would also account for a drool. I haven't noticed that droopy side of the mouth before. Note as much expression appears on that left side of his face. My husband also commented on that Bush is "two faced." I suppose it could be botox gone bad in order to prevent him from scowling and making faces. Something is out of whack there.
