All in all another dominant Kerry performance -- but there was one moment that I bet both the SCLM and Rove will (finally) leap on: the 1990 vote on Gulf War I. It was Bush's best line and you know he was waiting to uncork it -- and Kerry needs to have a good answer ready.
But the flip-flop meme was totally dropped by Bush, and trying to paint Kerry as a LiberalLiberalLiberalLIBERALLIBERAL just can't work as well since even his own party knows Bush spends more than Ted Kennedy at a sorority party. (Sorry!)
Maybe not a clean knockout, but dominant nonetheless. The Closer closed with a flourish.
