1. I thought that was a Charles Schlund page for a moment
I'd say the poor guy is suffering from a paranoid illness (I'm honestly not being facetious) - believing you are the subject of some telepathy/electromagnetic/radio-wave/etc from a nefarious source is a common delusion (hell, it's where "Tinfoil Hats" come from). He also complains of hearing voices as well as very disturbed sleep, so if I was guessing I'd say schizophrenia, but I have no qualifications.

He's basically picked up on conspiracy theories that are spread all over the net (just google chemtrail for example) and there is a great deal of guff talked about what actually exists. Others I'm sure will disagree.

2. Yes, I agree. This author sounds quite paranoid. What I can not dismiss
however, is the extensive research that was done, and the majority of links appear to be reliable and true sources.
I tried to run a check on her, but all I could find was tons of her own postings. Quite a few on different Indymedia sites.
Why would they be after her, nothing really indicates so far, that she is some scientist or whistleblower or anything like that.
Puzzling. But her links are quite interesting.

What gave me pause was, the following:

We are dealing with Star Wars. It involves the combination of chemtrails for creating an atmosphere that will support electromagnetic waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called gyrotrons, and ionospheric heaters. Particulates make directed energy weapons work better. It has to do with "steady state" and particle density for plasma beam propagation.

They spray barium powders and let it photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then, they make an aluminum-plasma generated by "zapping" the metal cations that are in the spray with either electromagnetics from HAARP, the gyrotron system on the ground , or space-based lasers. The barium makes the aluminum-plasma more particulate dense. This means they can make a denser plasma than they normally could from just ionizing the atmosphere or the air.

More density means that these particles which are colliding into each other will become more charged because there are more of them present to collide. What are they ultimately trying to do up there -- is create charged-particle, plasma beam weapons.

This, I thought, means the tremendous amount of smoke at the towers, very little fire, would be a conduit that could have been used, if the theory she claims is true. As a layman I do not know.

I can imagine all the technolgy is here, but find it difficult it is truly in use as such. We would not need Diebold, would we.
On the other hand, if someone was constantly bombarded with EM beams, I presume, one's brain would short circuit.
