2. $1 mil from a million providing $1.00 and a structure....
Take all the unanswered questions and require that the winner satisfactorily answer the questions to a panel who are in 99% agreement about the answer. Then, take the statements already made by those who cover-up and lie to us and have the winner state whethere the statements are true or false and why.

4. Good idea. Taxpayers should get refunds from 9/11 PR firms, too.
If it turns out that some of those people who "cover-up and lie to us"
are Disinformation agents and PR firms being paid for by the taxpayers, they should be required to forfeit all the money they've received. Let them then take up a new line of work or else let Richard Mellon Scaife employ them if he wants to. Oh, wait. Some of them may already be on his payroll or receiving compensation indirectly from him.
