The Biggest Censored Story of the 21st Century

In the days after the 9.11 attack, virtually every television newscast in America was filled with disclaimers from the owners of the Florida flight schools which trained the hijacker pilots, hammering home the message that they only taught how to fly light planes, which in no way prepared anyone to fly jetliners, and were thus innocent of any wrongdoing.

But based on a newly-discovered brochure for a flight school owned by Rudi Dekkers and Wally Hilliard (right), whose school taught both pilots who crashed airliners into the World Trade Center, the MadCowMorningNews has discovered evidence that the assertion is untrue.

A copy of a brochure from Hilliard and Dekkers’ Naples flight school, Ambassador Airways, was sent to us by a pilot and former marine who said he was fed up with corruption in Florida. The brochure, shockingly, states the flight school offers “Professional Flight Training” in the form of an “ATP Flight and Ground Training Package” which meets the “aeronautical experience requirements” necessary to become an airline transport (ATP) pilot.

The new discovery highlights the inadequacy of the various 9.11 investigations while throwing a spotlight once again on the murky backgrounds and potential criminality of the individuals in the U.S., Rudi Dekkers and Wallace J. Hilliard, who hosted the terrorist hijackers. The two men are already the subject of the biggest censored story of the nascent 21st century, to wit:

Just three weeks after Mohamed Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi arrived on July 3, 2000 to attend the flight school at Huffman Aviation in Venice, FL., the owner of the flight school, Wallace J. Hilliard, had his Learjet surrounded by DEA agents with submachine guns on the runway of Orlando Executive Airport.

Agents found 43 pounds of heroin, arrested everyone onboard, and confiscated the plane.

Any honest prosecutor in the country would have instantly linked the huge heroin haul discovered on the flight school owner’s plane to Mohamed Atta’s arrival at his flight school, and understood that he was looking into the heart of a continuing criminal conspiracy.

Before 9/11, someone with big clout in the Bush Administration was buying heroin from Osama bin Laden.

NATO to Legalize Afghanistan's Opium?

Despite efforts to eradicate Afghanistan's opium production, the problem keeps getting worse. And the Taliban insurgency is the primary beneficiary. Now, some European governments are weighing a legalization of the drug trade.

Corruption. Crime. Addiction. And money for the Islamist Taliban insurgency. The list of ills engendered by opium and heroin production in Afghanistan is long. So too is the list of buyers -- the country accounts for over 90 percent of all opium produced on the planet. And international efforts to cut that output have proven fruitless.

But a change of strategy may be on the horizon. Governments in Berlin, Paris and Rome, along with NATO leadership are discussing a potentially explosive new idea: the legalization of Afghanistan's opium production. The plan envisages farmers being able to sell their poppies to officially licensed buyers for the same price they currently get from the drug barons. The product could then be sold to the pharmaceutical industry for pain medication and other products.

He readily admits that the CIA's role in the heroin trade was an "inadvertent" byproduct of "its cold war tactics," but he limns convincingly the path by which the agency and its forebears helped Corsican and Sicilian mobsters reestablish the heroin trade after WW II and, most recently, "transformed southern Asia from a self-contained opium zone into a major supplier of heroin." Scrupulously documented, almost numbingly so at times, this is a valuable corrective to the misinformation being peddled by anti-drug zealots on both sides of the aisle. Evidence was also developing which linked bin Laden to: the 1995 bombing of a U.S. military barracks in Riyadh which killed five; Ramzi Yuosef, who led the 1993 World Trade Center attacks; and a 1994 assassination plot against President Clinton in the Philippines.

Back in Houston, the Taliban was learning how the "other half lives," and according to The Telegraph, "stayed in a five-star hotel and were chauffeured in a company minibus." The Taliban representatives "...were amazed by the luxurious homes of Texan oil barons. Invited to dinner at the palatial home of Martin Miller, a vice-president of Unocal, they marveled at his swimming pool, views of the golf course and six bathrooms." Mr. Miller, said he hoped that UNOCAL had clinched the deal.

Dick Cheney was then CEO of Haliburton Corporation, a pipeline services vendor based in Texas. Gushed Cheney in 1998, "I can't think of a time when we've had a region emerge as suddenly to become as strategically significant as the Caspian. It's almost as if the opportunities have arisen overnight. The good Lord didn't see fit to put oil and gas only where there are democratically elected regimes friendly to the United States. Occasionally we have to operate in places where, all things considered, one would not normally choose to go. But we go where the business is." The Telegraph reported that Unocal had promised to start building the pipeline and paying the Taliban immediately, with the added inducements and a donation of £500,000 to the University of Nebraska for courses in Afghanistan to train 400 teachers, electricians, carpenters and pipefitters.

George vanderwerker and Bill nelson's conpany Intersect is linked to ronald Lister. Bill Nelson and George Vanderwerker were fired from the CIA in 1978 by Carter. after wich they formed the company intersect. Ronald Lister was doing contract work in Iran starting 1979.

Nelson also worked at Flour. Nelson helped vanderwerker get a job at fluor.Nelson was supposedly dealing with ronald lister during this time. bobby ray Imnan was at flour during this time. Bobby Ray Inman was Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, a post he held from February 12, 1981 to June 10, 1982.

The Geneva-based SICO is the parent house for the Group's international financial activities and investments, with branches in London and Curacao. The Curacao branch, established in 1984, manages the bin Laden group's partnership with the American Daniels Realty Corporation (Duspic), part of the Fluor Corporation conglomerate. It is partly through the bin Ladens' influence that the Fluor group was one of the major recipients of reconstruction contracts in Kuwait"

Wayne Madsen also reported that a French intelligence report shows that through SICO Fluor is "an integral part of the Bin Laden financial empire through a network of interlocking off-shore companies and directorships." Fluor Corp is a US construction firm, which has made a killing off the US occupation of Iraq.

Robert Booth Nichols was a NSA agent. (a key figure in Danny Casolaros story) Robert Booth Nichols was tied to glen shockley who was tied to George Vanderwerker. Robert booth Nichols and George Vanderwerker were involve arms deal to sale helicopter to iraq through North Korea using a an iranian middleman Parvi Lavi. His brother Hoshang lavi was involved in iran hostage release. Robert Booth Nichols partner Michael Riconoscuito wired money to Iran during the hostage crisis.

In 1986 scott weekly along with James "bo" Gritz were training the afghan mujihedin in the navada desert. the mujehedin was tied to heroin trafficking out of afghanistan and bin Ladin. They (weekly and Gritz) were being paid by BCCI during this time.

One of the General's top clients was Kuwait's government-owned Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, who paid Scowcroft for his services at least from 1984 through 1986. In addition, Scowcroft became a director of Santa Fe International (SFI) in the early 1980s, not long after SFI was purchased by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation in 1981. Joining Scowcroft on the SFI board was Scowcroft's old boss, Gerald Ford. One of SFI's activities is drilling oil wells in Kuwait, an operation which, of course, had to be suspended after the Iraq invasion.

Intersect was one of the contractor at the indian cabazon reservation. cabazon reservation was one of the center peices of casolaro story. Philip Nichols (the head of the Cabozan reservation) worked under Bill Nelson during the early 70's. Scott Weekly, La france and were Gene Husenfus were tied to cabazon reservation during the time of the Iran-contra scandel by Gary Webb!

In the 1980s Shakarchi Trading sent not just $25 million of CIA money to Afghanistan but also was involved in drug money for the Turkish mafia. Shakarchi was tied to bin ladin and BCCI. Willard Zucker arranged payments from the Enterprise account for Oliver North he dealt with Shakarchi Trading. Shakarchi share an account with the Cali cartel. The cali Cartel was supplying the drug network of Menese-Blandon-Ronald Lister.

"SICO trained pilots for its aviation subsidiary at tiny Huffman Aviation in Venice Florida. (Huffman was the school through which Mohamed Atta and several of the 9/11 hijackers infiltrated the United States.) There are also numerous links between the milieu of Huffman Aviation and the Iran-Contra-connected drug networks. SICO director Baudoin Dunand set up numerous offshore entities in the 1980’s, which were used for covert operations involving Afghan Mujahideen weapons acquisitions, as well as some of the Iran-Contra gambits.

Wayne Madsen reported that "Mohammed Atta was known to U.S., British, and Saudi intelligence as a heroin courier from Mujaheddin-controlled Afghanistan as early as 1991." This amounted to a defacto admission that Atta himself was involved with a CIA operation when THE CIA AND HEROIN FINANCED THE MUJAHEDEEN. When the CIA, German BND, and Bin Laden were all training the KLA, as a member of that Hamburg Al Qaeda cell, Mohamed Atta's "lessons ranged beyond the Koran to include the Muslim struggle, or jihad, in Palestine, Chechnya and Kosovo."

Kissinger Associate client is the Fluor Corporation, which has a special interest in Saudi Arabia. Shortly before the August 2 invasion, Saudi Arabia decided to launch a $30 to $40 billion project to expand oil production, and granted two huge oil contracts to the Parson and Fluor corporations. During this time bobby ray was head of naval intelligence operation watchtower was set up from panama. Opertion watchtower was the installation of radar towers from panama to columbia for to help drug planes fly undetected at low altitude. ONI agents were involved.

Jeb bush future PNAC member pardoned Carlos Ledher and Orlando Bosch. Orlando Bosch is in the same cuban terrorist drug trafficking group as Frank Castro (That being CORU ). Frank Castro was the link between the CIA’s anti-Castro cubans and the Medillin cartel. It was stated that Frank Castro took the place of Oliver North after his expose in Iran Contra Scandal. CORU is tied to WFC. The WFC was expose by Hopsicker as being tied to Abramoff.

In December 1981 the Medillin Cartel was established. The meeting was set up with the help of the CIA and attended by CIA and ONI officials.

Prior to forming the Medillin Cartel Ochoa sister Leona Ochoa was kidnapped by M19 (the communist rebel group) from a university in Colombia.Carlos Ledher was also kidnapped but somehow miraclously escaped. Members of Pablo Escobars family were also kidnaped. The CIA paid M19 3 million dollars of wich two million dollars was in guns and one million in cash for the kidnappings. OSS/CIA agent Russell Bowen piloted the piloted the DC-4 aircraft that flew Ochoa sister to a remote location, where she was held until the ransom was paid. Russel Bowen was partner with Theodore Shackley since the 1950 in the drug trade. Russels “Hostage” Leona Ochoa was rumured to be secretly married to theodore Shackley.

In February 1982 Gunther Russbacher and Trenton Parker both ONI agents of the navy working in the CIA. made a money laundering trip to prepare for the meeting of M19 and the Medillin Cartel. This was from the Dobbins Airforce base near Marrieta Georgia. (Not to far from were Mitch Warbell was training the Contra’s on his ranch.)

Trenton Parker landed in the Cayman Island, where he picked up 5 million dollars in cash from a CIA source. The plane then went to Nassau, Bahama where parker paid Prime Minister Lynden Pindling 1 million dollars to get rid of a place callled Norman’s Cay. Norman Cay was the main place were Carlos Ledher operatied his drug trafficking activies.
Carlos Ledher was forced to leave the Norman Cays and return to Columbia where he link up with the medillin Cartel. Before leaving the Bahamas Trenton Parker was met by Robert Vesco (Carlos Ledher’s boss who was getting protection from Fidel Castro and the CIA at the same time.) They both flew in a CIA aircraft to Havana to meet Fidel Castro. Trenton Parker deliver 2 million of the remaining 4 million to Fidel. Fidel was to be the middle man who bought the arms for the Colombian revolutionary group M19 with the 2 million dollars and had delivered to the M19 after the Leona Ochoa’s release.
Trenton Parker toke the remaining 2 million dollars and flew to panama where he paid 1 million to Jaime Bateman the head of M19 and 1 million to Noriega to allow the transaction to go on in his country.

The CIA made arangements with Noriega, and this was the point where Noriega became involve d with the CIA and drugs. The deal was a meating between Ochoa and Escobar.would be held in Panama a neutral point. (Panama).
Noriega then offer both of them to protection of the drug routes. Noriega already had refineries set up in Panama.

Carlos Ledhder was involve in operation back door. He and serveral of his soldiers were planning to use CIA oil rigs and the shrimp industries to import drugs into America. Carlos had DEA personnell assigned to work with him. He had a stash of drugs shipped back and forth from the everglade city in florida. When the rig Rowan Midland was in Venezuela, Carlos had a regular agent of his as a tool pusher to oversee all shipments coming and going.
They used the reomote mangrove swampsto unload hug loads of pot and cocaine to get it to Miami to distribute. With the help of the DEA and CIA agents, Carlos would set up load and decoy to make it look good so he could get major shipments into the U.S. He obviously had help from the CIA and the NSA who monitored the cable and scramble the made from his boats and planes, so that he would be undetected.

After Carlos got to be too much the handle he was set up and jail by the US government in 1987. The rig was then move to Aruba and once again set up as a relay station and command center. M19 was also involve in several covert missions. Members of of their right wing force were flown and boated to Florida to recruit forces and promote a revolution in the U.S alnd an invasion of drugs to south florida. Future PNAC member John Lehman resigned from being the navy secrerty around the time Carlos Ledher arrest.
