Police say a 2-year-old boy has died after he was shot in the head as his uncle held him outside a home in South Los Angeles.

Los Angeles officer Karen Rayner says police believe the two were unintended targets of random gunfire.

94 percent of all murders are committed by felons. Many of the victims are felons. Most of them are "business disputes" in the drug trade. Therefore, the typical bong owner is more responsible for gun violence than 99.9 percent of all gun owners combined.

In other words, it does not have jack shit to do with us.
