My state marijuana cultivation laws say that 5 or more plants is a felony. What is 4 plants? http://www.norml.org/index.cfm?Group_ID=4538&wtm_view=penalties

how can it possibly be illegal to have something that grows legal. what are they saying? that God made a mistake?
