for Bush's threatening posturing.
One of the latest "victories" for the Bush misAdministration is that Moammar Qadafy has opened up for nuke inspections and is outing himself about "weapons of mass destruction".
I don't have the resources at this time to find out myself, but I was wondering.
What was the time frame when Libya decided to finally take responsibility for the Pan Am Lockerbie terrorist attack?
Seriously, was the admission before or after the Iraqi invasion started (and thereby Bush's "show of strength")?
A lot of RWers are crowing about how Qadafy is now wanting to get back into the oil market, and are attributing this to the "fear" of George W. Bush. If the Pan Am attack was settled before the "war", then I would say that it was the biggest step in trying to get back into the US market, not the aquiesence to inspections.
