Some dumb questions, but maybe possibilities too?

When cars are moving, doesn't it create the same effect as wind? Isn't there a way to possibly harness that wind energy?

Wind turbines beside the headlights. Like hamsters fueling powercells charging the batteries.

2. I think it is a good idea if scientists can find a way to do it

without creating drag on the car itself. There must be a way to do it.

3. There isn't

Remember, there's no free energy. If a turbine on the car is harvesting energy from wind, that HAS to come at the expense of the energy of the car. Any energy you harvested from the air would actually come from gasoline in the tank.
