ABC's Jake Tapper PWNs himself! (funny)
Edited on Sun Apr-18-10 01:46 PM by Cowpunk
To quote Bugs Bunny, what a maroon! In this Corbert Report Video, Jake Tapper, current host of ABC's "This Week", actually admits that he requires the services of a fact-check organization to be sure that the sky is not black. No, seriously, he said that. Tapper was using John McCain's recent claim that he has never thought of himself as a MAV'RICK!(2nd obscure Looney Tunes reference) to explain that he is unable to call bullshit on such claims in real-time because "You don't expect somebody to come out and say 'the sky is black'".

Tapper starts talking about McCain at the 6:20 point in the video. Of course, I highly recoomend watching the whole segment. Colbert is great, though he failed to point out Tapper's crazy logic in this instance.

*edited for grammar

2. Ever notice how Tapper
is usually the first one to bring the talk radio crazy stories into the mainstream news? I got tired of his shit a long time ago. He's no journalist.

4. I can understand the confusion... but I still haven't found much
difference between the two, even if I now can distinguish based on their looks.
