I didn't see a topic on it already, but John Kerry is announcing his candidacy September 3, 2003, at Faneuil Hall in Boston, at 4:45. The deadline was today (the 28th), but I'm sure they will accept late calls, at least until the weekend.

1. So Kerry supporters in his home state can't just go if they want?

They have to preregister for the privilege of hearing his announcement several days in advance? Interesting.

3. The last time Kerry announced his senatorial campaign,

it was very crowded. One of the largest crowds since JFK.

So it *is* interesting.

There is only so much room inside Faneuil Hall, and there are fire laws, etc...Not so interesting...just simple practicality.

I don't get to come by as often as I would like, but on one of the regular boards I'm on there is now a true freeper moron, and he's irritating me enough to get away from the small-minded insults he brings aboard with him, and meet with regular people again.

I look forward to the Kerry event--I've already RSVPed for three of us--it will be uplifting.
