find the voting ROLL CALL of Congress. "Check 21" is Bill # HR 1474. 108th Congress 1st session. For the life of me I can't find the roll call. What am I doing wrong?

your on the wrong page. yes, the 108th is CURRENT session( your in the previous sessions) BUT I can't find the roll call for HR 1474

I just didn't go far enough back. Can you believe that 100% of Congress voted YEA?? Even Kucinich and Degette.....What am I missing. I am going to write DK and ask him why he voted this way. Congress never agrees 100% on anything!

It's like a needle in a haystack. I also noticed the unanimous vote, it does happen, but usually on the "we send our condolences to the flood victims of east timor" Who would vote "nay" for something like that?
