Coming up for air....

I think I've been going through things last couple of months..can't even put my finger on it, but reminds me of that Depression ad - you know, the one where it says, you haven't quite been yourself..that's me, not quite myself..

Tomorrow, I'm embarking on something new, I will be totally out of my comfort zone, I'm excited and scared at the same time - but today, I realized whatever it was, is passing...I'm starting to heal

I feel bad that somethings I should have taken care of, I didn't, and let go...oh well, I will have to deal with the consequences.....life is too precious to give in, I forget that..

"coming up for air" is a term we used in high school for a couple appearing after making out (or screwing, whatever). As for the depression, talk to your doctor (damn that sounds familiar). I'm on an anti-depressant at present and it really does make a difference.
