I'm 54 and have never had a hot flash. I believe it is because I exercise daily - not the namby 20 minute casual walk but HARD exercise that gets me SWEATING. Yup.

I'll give it a try. My granny, her sisters, my mom, all suffered from terrible hot flashes. I think part of it is genetic.

I mostly have them at night and they come and go but they can make me Bachmann Batshit Crazy after a few nights with no sleep.
