I read in one of the weekly gossip rags (guilty pleasure) that she's going to co-star in the Friends spin-off "Joey," as Joey's sister who's a single mom. It sounded like she was going to be a regular character on the show, which starts in the fall. Makes me think her time on the Sopranos is probably almost up...too bad 'cause I like her.

Maybe she'll wear vinyl outfits on "Joey" too, but it won't be the same because that show is sure to be crap.

I was getting really icky feelings about Tony and Ade. Glad nothing panned out with that. Won't be long till she's gone tho, I think she'll OD. Christopher is such a dick. Buscemi was great, did you see the preview for next week? Looks like he's taking on a bigger role.

Wasn't it strange that Carm went out to dinner with them? It's odd that she would put herself in the position of legitimizing everything, when she and Tony are split. And what the HELL was Ade doing going back to Chrissy?

Weird show, very good.

On edit, last week I posted that it looked like Tony had cleaned the furnishings out of Carmela's house. Guess I was really wrong about that!!! :crazy:

19. This Sunday NY Times had a article about Drea DeMatteo

Sounds like a cool person-- very different of course from Adriana-- she's a hip East Village resident who dislikes celebrity bullshit and lives with her boyfriend, who's Waylon Jennings' son, her former nanny, who she now cares for (she's from a wealthy family), 2 dogs, and a cat.

The article says it takes them 3 hours to transform her into Adriana (hair, nails, falsies, wardrobe). Beautiful girl, though-- and that body you cannot invent!

Interesting that Paulie gave Tony the way out of shooting him, isn't it? After all the shit that Paulie and Chrissie throw at each other, Paulie basically saved his life.

But he should have been whacked right there. He can give up on being a captain for a long, long time now.

I thought Ade was dead in the wreck. Or that Christopher was going to beat her to death. But she's going soon, it just feels right.

That poor doctor will be wondering what was up with that scene for the rest of his life.

Nothing with New York this time, that's gotta heat up quick, too.

24. Possible sources of trouble for Chris and Adriana

Adriana: She told Tony that the FBI woman was dead. Now if Tony happens to see the FBI woman, especially with Adriana... :scared:

Chris: Remember the episode a couple of years ago when Christopher had dreams of a film career and was acting as a consultant to a movie about the Mob? He told the Hollywood types a true story about some biggie in the Mafia (not Tony--someone else) who picked up a prostitute who turned out to be a male transvestite. Now suppose this episode comes out in a movie... We've seen a couple of times how sensitive these Mob guys are about having their sexual secrets revealed.

And when are we going to find out what happened to that Russian guy in the Pine Barrens/
