my hip is killing me. Did your problems come on as suddenly as mine? Do you get the feeling your hip is like a ball and socket with sand grinding inside?

2. Glad you are feeling better.
:hi:
With my joint pain problems it was like someone flipped a switch and the pain started.

3. There are hip problems and arthritis problems in my family so I was worried. I walk everywhere. I'm
so relieved I feel fine now. Thanks.

4. I roll on 2 tennis balls daily for a few minutes.
many years ago, my lower back / hip hurt so bad I could not walk at all.
A friend suggested rolling on the tennis balls.
took a couple days, but it worked.
I can miss a day, but not two.

7. yes - in the small of my back where it meets the hip.
roll on them for just a minute or two.
It may hurt when you first do it.

6. Mine started slowly, but after awhile constant pain
Ground glass was my favorite description.

Minimum, you need X-rays, like right now.

(Both hips replaced)
