Here's the story of a lovely lady ... who had a one-night-stand with former New York mayor John Lindsay that left her with a bad case of crabs.

Florence Henderson, the golden haired actress who played Carol Brady in "The Brady Bunch," reveals in her upcoming memoir that she had a skeevy encounter with the career pol in the 1960s.

Henderson, now 77, says she hopped in the sack with Lindsay after he put the moves on her over drinks at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Reuters reported Saturday.
