websites for do-it-yourself costumes?
I found one that is pretty good - http://www.costumzee.com/

Any others?

I'm asking because I was at the world finals for Odyssey of the Mind a few weeks ago. The kids on my daughter's team were in the world finals, but their costumes were pretty plain, which cost them points in originality/style/creativity. (We were pretty happy that we even made it to the world finals, since it's the second year of having OM in our town, and all 7 kids and the coach on the team were in their first year of OM)

One OM team from either PA or FL had a lot of their props and costumes made with almost all recycled material, including decorating some things with the stickers from bananas.

However, while our team finished in the middle of the pack overall, we think we have a decent shot at moving way up with just some modest improvements (we were runners-up to Greenwich in the state finals in CT, and Greenwich placed #5 out of #52 teams)

Thanks

2. Not that you won't be able to find costume ideas on a website, but ...
... if you're looking for "originality/style/creativity", you need to have the kids come up with the ideas.
