Illegal to ride a bicycle in sidewalks?
Can someone explain the logic of such laws? It's bad enough trying to deal with asshole drivers when riding in bike lanes.

3. because sidewalks are for pedestrians and bicycles are VEHICLES....
As a cyclist, misunderstanding of this concept is one of my pet peeves. I HATE seeing fellow cyclists ignore traffic regulations because they don't understand that the regulations apply to all vehicles on the road, including bicycles. And bicycles, like automobiles, do not belong on sidewalks.
