Video: Modern kids interacting with gadgets from the 80's & 90's
This a cute video of a group of Canadian children being shown electronic gadgets of the past. It is funny to see them try to figure out their purpose! :)

1. That is very cute!
Amazing that some of the gadgets we thought were da bomb back then have been so outstripped by the new stuff - several generations of it... :)

2. Uggggghh . . . Floppy disks.
I even cringe at some of those. Who remembers Colecovision?

Well, except for the record player. Those chintzy little portables came in handy when the adults wouldn't let you touch "the good stereo"

3. Give 'em an Atari
and have them wonder what that little box is supposed to represent. Gamers are spoiled by today's graphics.

I grew up in the early 90s and the most advanced I would get until I was until I bought my first Genesis in 1994 was the original NES. Even now, I play the old games and laugh that there are those that wouldn't even be able to play it due to the low graphics.
