6. How many ounces?
12-16 ounces of beer is 'one beer'

22 ounces (a bomber) is a 'beer and some'

40 ounces is not one beer.

8. 32 oz quart bottle is a beer in my world
Alpine Inn (Rosotti's) in Portola Valley serves beer in quart bottles, the was it should be. The joint is the oldest continuously run road house in the state of California. It's history dates back to Spanish Mexican rule. Good cheap food, too. A warm day spent in the beer gardens is as close to paradise as one could desire.

9. Yes it does. One Beer is defined by the container that it is in
a 12 oz bottle is one beer, as is a 16 oz pint, or a 40oz of Schlitz.

One container equals one beer ;)

10. a 16 oz beer is the very definition of one beer.
a pint. a 22 oz beer is an imperial pint, also one beer.
a 5 gallon party keg, now, that is 2 beers.

16. I would call any container of beer that I was physically able to lift and drink from,
or that I could climb into and swim around while drinking, one beer. :)

However, the formal definition of 'one drink' is based on the amount of alcohol present - 0.6 ounces or 13.7 grams of pure alcohol. So it depends on both the size and alcohol content. Technically, a lot of 12 oz beers are more than one drink because they have higher than average alcohol contents, and I would really doubt if any serving larger than 12 oz could be just one...

I sure could go for a 64oz jug of Little King's Cream Ale right now. Is that even still available?

22. 1 and 1/3 of a beer.
If you have three of them, that's four "beers".
