...and we used to have each other over for dinner on a regular basis.

She made (and, at our request KEPT making) what I have always thought of as
a Korean dish -- and I thought the spelling was Om Rice.

So similar that it's GOTTA be the same thing. Basically fried rice, though
hers just had a plain unfolded circle of omelet as a cover (and ketchup to
taste).
