Need some resume/CV help

I haven't changed the format in quite some time, but it is up to date. Can I get some of you guys to look at it and give me some suggestions? I haven't ruled out scrapping it and starting over.

Also - I really am not concerned about my own anonymity - so these are unedited resumes/CV.

Thanks in advance. These are PDFs and have been scanned for virii.
