Allegiant Air! A review for you viewing pleasure!
Allegiant is one of the best airlines I have ever flown with! We recently used them when we flew out to Vegas. We love how the security doesn’t take forever and the atmosphere of a smaller airport is just calmer! Better! So we get to the gate and the attendant is very happy and cheery. I am thinking YES this trip is starting off great already! We were just going to carry on our bags but darn that allegiant. They ALWAYS know whats best for us! They didn’t want us to have to worry about lugging heavy baggage around with us so they changed the carry on size, made it smaller so that we would HAVE to check it, then charged us a MERE $70 per bag round trip, coming to $140. Just so our special bags would have a reserved place underneath the special plane to fly with the other special bags! I love how they always know how to please us! After I let in to the seemingly fake cheeriness of the attendant lady, she asked if we should use the same credit card the reservations were under to charge for our “steal of a deal” luggage fees. I said no. Use my debit card, thinking that it would be best done that way. But darn her she just KNEW that her way would be the best way and charged the wrong credit card anyway! Man if only I had her courtesy and common sense. I mean to be able to read peoples minds and just KNOW that you are giving them the best customer service EVER must feel SOO good! She politely giggled and said “oh….” A little embarrassed and modest…, “your just going to kill me………teeheeteehee, I charged the wrong card anyway. Nothing I can do now!” I say eh. Let it go. She is an award winning customer service agent after all. She knows her stuff. Just as we start to walk away JUST KNOWING we are in the best hands, she says by the way there may be a slight delay. Oh well. A small price to pay for the great deal we got on the tickets, the hotel, and the bags! After all. How long could it be?

We mosey on over to an airport quiznos to grab a quick bite and here the staff talking about how allegiants flights have been late every day for the last few months. No sooner than that a male working there says, “Did you guys know your flight is delayed 3 hours?” Well, I let it go. I figure, for the great ticket, hotel, and luggage deal we got they must just be prepping the plane to give us yet again the best customer service ever! Then I think a little more about it and come to think about it I BET that’s why they charged us that $28 dollar per ticket “convenience fee”. To take extra special care of us! Looking back now I should have known that allegiant had their stuff together from the beginning! I think back to when I was booking my tickets. They already had so many extra things added to our package for us. Normally you have to click on priority boarding for $15 extra per ticket, $35 per bag, $35 per person for airport shuttle, and $12 per ticket for an entertainment fee. But darn that allegiant! They are always one step ahead and always know whats best for you so they already had all that stuff clicked for me! I just love being taken care of! Of course I figure they have to charge for all that stuff automatically so that you don’t miss anything out of the over all experience! The $28 convenience fee was probably for the broken tray table at my seat and for the seat that kept leaning back when I wanted it up right and the soft drinks that you are charged for on the plane. That’s right. They get ripped off on even pop so allegiant has to charge a 28 dollar convenience fee so that they can be able to sell you pop and coffee on their flights for an additional 2 dollars so that they break even on their profits! I would say over all our experience with allegiant was not only memorable but a lesson well learned. If you want to be taken care of and get customer service NEVER EVER EVER FLY ALLEGIANT EVER! This review was written for your convenience. For you taking the time to read it I will need to charge you a $28 convenience fee for your convenience! Trust me folks. I know whats best for you! ;-)

3. I've flown them three times out of Mesa, Arizona
Non-Stop to Green Bay, Missoula and Rapid City

Even with the fees, cheaper than the alternative, and NON-STOP!!
