4. Actually, I hate them. They're cute, but icky-tasting.
When I was a kid my mom would try to get me to eat them and I thought they were just nasty. Still do.

10. Maybe melted cheese. A lot of it.

(How Paula Deen of me!) But butter makes veggies soooooo good. And it undercuts the little bit of bitterness. That and a sprinkle of balsamic and some pepper and they are to die from!

16. They actually stir fry well
Cut into quarters, with some beef or pork - bamboo shoots and some mini corns

Add some onions, garlic, soy sauce, water, sugar and corn starch and yer good
