Microsoft has laid the blame for half of all Windows crashes on third-party code

Um, if the world was still using Win9x, Microsoft might almost get away with such a ludicrous copout comment. But even then, MS's own apps of the time crashed the OS! :eyes:

But with NT4/2k/XP, the OS was purportedly designed so each app would run in its own memory space, protected from other apps. If one app crashed, the OS would not go down. MS has said the very same thing (using slightly different words).

So, MS, you're still the one guilty for your own situation.

1. Drivers.
M$ LOVES to blame the drivers. No matter that most go through the M$ quality control and cert process. For which the driver makers pay throught the nose.
