Very unpleasant lady at my recent visit to the doctor's office.

While waiting for my appointment, I captured this video. No, it's not one of those surprise scary ones. This lady had a serious issue with the receptionist. Not quite sure what it was, but see the results for yourself:

Without speculating too much, she does look like she's having an episode.

4. She definitely wasn't having an episode.

She was just angry about something or other, most likely the long wait. She had a calm discussion with another lady there after this happened. I have another video (although you probably can't hear the audio) featuring her making a veiled threat to the receptionist when she walked by her.

I've never encountered such a person in all my days spent waiting to see any doctor.

3. I've never acted out in the waiting room like that

or called anyone a bitch, but I have been highly irritated at the staff at my Dr. office many times. They have lost lab results, letters he wrote to me by his own hand, and have tried to tell me that I can't get a refill on my pain meds because he was on vacation (this in a practice of multiple physicians who cover for each other.) It really seems like they don't care and are very haphazard at times with info.

I have waited until behind closed doors in the exam room to discuss such issues with the doctor, when the contact wasn't on the phone. And it seems like they finally got rid of one of the girls that answered the phones who I had the most trouble with and refused to talk to anymore.
