Dear female smokers: Do you honestly thing that perfume is hiding the fact that you smoke??!!
I'm not here to tell anyone to quit smoking - that's your choice. But seriously, if you smoke, then stop using perfume to mask it because it does NOT work. In fact it makes it even 1000000000000% worse than if you just smoked.

And to be honest, if you are using the perfume so you don't have to smell the smoke, perhaps you should reconsider whether or not you should be smoking. I mean nothing personal, you think the smoke smells bad???!!! YIKES!!!!

My allergies just went off the deepend from some girl who was trying to mask the smoke smell. Ugh, she's new here so perhaps someone can share with her to lay off the perfume!

1. I find it hilarious that I ever thought that people probably didn't know I was a smoker.
I don't mind the smell now, but did I really believe I could hide it by "only" smoking outside, or with the windows down, or whatever? HA!

2. just the smoke smell is annoying but tolerable
but I think when these woman put on the perfume, since their sense of smell is already dimished from smoking, they just spray it on by the gallons.

3. It's worse when your hairdresser and nurse are smokers
and you can smell it in their clothes/scrubs and on their fingers and hands. It is very off-putting to be lying in a hospital stretcher with a nurse reeking of smoke or to get your hair shampooed by the hands of a smoker, because that smell stays on your freshly-shorn tresses.

4. Their children smell like smoke, too.
I can tell whose parents are smokers by walking by a child. What a disgusting thing to do to your child!

5. I'm a smoker with children...
However, I do not smoke in my house or my car and for the most part, I never even smoke in their presence. I've tried quitting on and off for years, especially because I never want my kids to smoke, but for now, the best I can do is to avoid exposing them to it
