note that Louisiana has its own breed of cat, the Munchkin. They are distinguished by their short front paws. Mama Munchkin was found hiding under a station wagon in a driveway down there years ago.

So far as I know, Indiana has no distinctive animal. Not even a possum. :P

edit: Sheesh, how could I forget Louisiana's official dog, the Catahoula cur -- a/k/a "yellow dog"??!!

2. I love Munchkins, they are adorable.
As long as they don't have any problems caused by the alteration, the way Persians have breathing problems.

I love the Kitty Bowl too.
