I've decided to minimize the drinking over the holidays.

I have a hard time having just one or two glasses of wine. So I'm pretty much going to avoid drinking. When I get hammered, it just pisses my wife off, and the kids don't appreciate it either. So I may have one glass of champagne on Christmas eve and New Year's Eve, but that will be it. I think everyone will have a much merrier Christmas as a result. Wish me luck.

10. I've cut way back....

As I've gotten older, I enjoy it less, and it's not good for me. I find that I sleep better, have more energy, and I'm losing weight (I eat well and get plenty of exercise, too).
