I just made a donation to the Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA)
http://www.vva.org/

It had been a while since I had made any kind of donation to charity. I had a bunch of clothes that were in good condition but too big for me because of my recent weight loss, so I gathered them up and donated them. The VVA says that they especially need clothes of any kind- men's, women's, children's, infant's. It made me feel good to do something like this and reminded me that I should do it more often.

The VVA works closely with other veterans' groups. If you'd like to donate to them you can find a local chapter at the link.
