It's so cute I wish "hoomins" could do that.

What have you seen an animal do that's so cute you wish humans could do it?

1. I brought a kitten home to an adult cat. The second night the older cat (female)
curled up in a ball to go to sleep on a table. The little 6 week old kitten (a he) got as close as he could to the female and curled up in a little ball just like her. He was sooooo cute. So I second your assertion.

4. My kitty grabs my hand with both paws and places on the top of his head so I will pet him.
It breaks my heart every time. It's nice that he's so direct about his needs. Although if humans did the same thing, there would definitely be some times that would get us in trouble. ;)

5. When my kitty is standing on her four paws on the floor or a table
and I reach down to pet her head, she'll sometimes raise up on her hind legs, stretching upward so I don't have to move my hand down as far! She's quite the sweetheart...

6. One of my cats loves sitting in plastic grocery bags.
He'll even let you pick up the bag and swing him back and forth. I think that might be kind of fun.

Here he is chilling out in a half-empty bag of Costco toilet paper:

8. SO CUTE!
What a little rascal.

My Madimi loves plastic bags too. But if she found that one, she would have shredded all the TP too for extra comfort.

9. Is Madimi the calico below?
I *love* that coloring. She's really gorgeous.

Here's his sister trying to play drums on Guitar Hero:

The results of extensive gravity testing are all around her. Please ignore.

10. Yup, that's her. I thank you on her behalf, since she never will.
Heee, gorgeous kitty. I love those striking gold eyes.

I think cats test gravity so obsessively because it doesn't work for them the same way it does for us. They're never sure of it. So every time they knock something over, they're like, "OK, yup, it still works."

7. This is my girl in tribble mode.

She snores, too. She coos, chirps, trills, and squeaks in her sleep. Now, humans can do this, of course, but it's nowhere near as cute.

14. I don't think there are any pictures
But my friends cat will jump on the shoulder of people with coats on during the winter. She either sits on one side like a parrot, or stretches across your back like a living fur.
