I have a friend who has been single for about 6 years now. A new tenant moved into her apartment building and they hit it right off!! They started going out, hanging out, having dinner and my friend has been very excited for the last three weeks.

Last night my friend asked me what a pyramid scheme was because cathy asked her to join one.

My friend is going to be crushed. :-(

5. Roon, about 30 years ago, a lady friend told me about a guy she knew

who sat with her for an hour, talking straight from the heart, with self revealing honesty and obvious emotion and humility. She had never known him to display any similar qualities and she was very impressed.
After an hour, he asked her to fill our a form grading his performance - he was taking a Dale Carnegie course in influencing people so he could be a better businessman.

She threw him out.
