in the past month or so, ive arrested the king of siam, jennifer lopez, hannah montanna and a dude called bruce lee, so cops do meet a lot of interesting people.

5. Yeah, but those are people you've arrested.

It should be a different standard for people who are just minding their own damn business and not breaking any laws. Hiibel is conservative lawmaking at its best.

4. He kinda looks like my sister-in-law now,
But yeah, once he told me his name, it would have clicked.

6. I wouldn't, and there's a vast number of other people I wouldn't recognize
Hilton's picture is a bit ubiquitous these days; I might recognize her if she was all made up and decked out like in her photos...

7. The only thing that surprises me about that story
Is that the cops didn't immediately tazer and beat the shit out of Bob Dylan.

10. apparently not even tho i'm a big fan
Edited on Sat Aug-15-09 11:47 AM by pitohui
he lived here for years and everyone else saw him except me, i never encountered him "just around," only in concert -- considering he's such a private person, i can't imagine approaching him anyway

i just tend not to look at people i don't know, except out of the side of the eye to be sure they're not dangerous or getting too close to me or something

i have also failed to recognize brad pitt and he was right next to me, to the hilarity of some friends who witnessed my cluelessness, i still hear abt that one, altho i'm a bit relieved that another friend recently did the same thing -- he saw pitt but it didn't click until he got home and realized, wait, that really was brad pitt (he didn't see jolie tho)
