My sister has raised some whiny, undisiplined children.

They are staying with my parents for the week, and they are driving them nuts. They whine and throw fits non-stop. They are mean to the pets. They refuse to do anything they don't want to do. I get pissed off just being over there.

They need to have their asses cracked down on.

Old enough to know not to behave like they do. They are very bright, they are just spoiled and know that nothing they do has any real consequence besides a "time out".
