I decided to quit DU earlier today. I would like to rescind that decision now. I was kinda mad this morning and I took it out on the wrong people. I'm sorry, everybody... forgive me? Please...

According to my OLD dictionary (I like using the 'old' stuff, btw, even thought I'm not really so old), the first definition for family is:

1) FELLOWSHIP

It isn't until definition 3 that we read: a group of individuals living under one roof and usually under one head: household

definition #4 is: a group of things related by common characteristics or properties.

I dunno, a lot of people at DU are here for the fellowship of 'like' ideas and thoughts, as well as the challenge of differing opinions too.

I was really disappointed yesterday at what some people were saying. Everybody was saying "oh, poor us, we're doomed... Bush* is going to destroy us all... I'm going to quit wasting my time and just register Repub. so I can be on the winning side". *Man*, talk about bad attitude. I thought I needed a break, but then I realized that things looked even worse on the rest of the internet. Thanks for the healthy re-welcome.
