Electronic Cigarette Review

As most of you know, I love the E-Cig. In short, it works. My favorite model is the DSE 901 (google it for more info) and it's a great work horse, especially at night when I'm out and about.

The problem was, I was killing the batteries at work faster than I could charge them. By the end of the day, both batteries would be dead and I'd have to wait an hour or two to puff again. I needed something to get me through the work day. Enter the DSE 801 USB.



This puppy draws current directly from a USB connection. Your computer can now be your enabler for bad habits (like it is already with porn). The draw on this is phenomenol. It might even be a touch too strong. Like a mega bong/hookah hit. Lot's of glorious vapor. The nice part about it is the price. The pass through (see above part with the cord attached) is 18 dollars. The atomizer, bought seperately, is 8 dollars. The cartridge (mouthpiece) is 65 cents. No need for a battery charger or extra batteries. So for less than 30 dollars you have a complete set up you can huff on all day. Fucking awesome. Goes great with a cup of coffee and a day in the Lounge while avoiding work.

Apparently, they're over priced and they push inferior products. I beg people to do their research online. Most products I've purchased are great. And the customer service with these people running their estores is fantastic. I think they really care and know they're saving lives.

4. I love my DSE 901

Like I said, it's great. Used it last night when I played. Everyone was fascinated with how real it feels when you draw on it.

The problem is battery life. I don't mind charging batteries for the DSE 901. But at work, I'm a heavy 'vapper' (new term for the converted) and I need something that lasts all day. This thing is PERFECT. It's obviously not portable. I can't plug into a computer at the bar. But for home/office use it's unbeatable.

I'm glad you're selling e-cigs. These things are saving lives.

10. I really hope more people look into using e-cigarettes

Personally, I don't care what someone does to their body but I've seen first hand the destruction that smoking can do to the body thru 3 relatives (including my father) who have suffered thru smoking related illiness.

I live in a state that was second to ban public smoking and I was glad. I hated coming home from the bar with all my clothes and hair smelling like an asstray. What someone wants to do to their body is their choice but with smoking, if I'm next to you I have to suffer too.

I think the e-cigarette is a wonderful compromise and let's face it, free of those harsh chemicals that are piled into regular cigarettes. Now people can enjoy their nicotine around non-smokers and in non-smoking places. From what I've read the health benefits are much safer and 2nd hand smoke is non-existance.

About time this is becoming widespread!

12. For those of us that live in states where you can smoke inside

Imagine how great it would be if all the smokers smoked e-cigs? And then for the smokers who live in second hand smoked banned states, imagine how nice it would be to finally be able to fix your habit in public again? No need to step outside to destroy your lungs.

Like you said, it's your body, do what you want. But since I've started I've converted two people. We've done the math and we've saved at least a thousand dollars between the three of us over the last 4 or 5 months. All three of us feel better. My bloodpressure and heart rate are down. My bartenders LOVE me because I don't contribute to their wheezing at the end of the night. I've also weened myself nearly off of nicotine because I make the vapor solution myself. I'd rather put two harmless chemicals in my body versus the hundreds or thousands just one cigarette contains.

And... I don't smell anymore. :)

We sold out early so there were a ton of people in front of me even though we were the first band. We blew away the second band, easily. Most people kept asking me for tshirts and cd's to which I said, THIS IS MY FIRST SHOW WHAT DO YOU FUCKING WANT FROM ME ARRRGH. Everyone seemed generally impressed with our songs and surprised with how quick we put ourselves together (5 weeks). And we got paid 200 dollars. Not bad for the first night out, eh? Sadly, my trombone was not adorned with female undergarments. When will they learn what motivates us?

The Aggrolites killed it. They are the best live band I've ever seen. And some of the coolest people on the planet.
