I have this employee. He takes naked naps in his office
shows up to meetings stoned and his only decent Powerpoint presentation was on Febrezing Your Belly Button For Dummies. Now I hear this dude has taken his corporate credit card and is charging porn all over Iowa and Nebraska (who the hell knew they had porn in Nebraska?). He's my boss' cousin, so I can't fire him. What should I do?

16. Let him know he is no longer an employee, give him a couple weeks severance pay.
Then when the boss asked why, look at him and tell him that you do not believe in nepotism and just walk away.

:)

Now most of you might not think this is a good idea, but it is the kind of thing I do, and why I have employment issues, and no money :shrug:

People should be treated based on merit not just connections. If connections are the rule after three generations, the top positions in companies are mostly below average people.

18. Invite EVERYONE except him to participate in "Bring Your Camera/Camcorder To Work Day"
Then invite EVERYONE into his office during one of his naps - recording devices in tow, of course.

That should shake him up a bit.
