1. I think menthol is exempt. (NPR says) It is in approx. 25% of smokes.

2. I've heard menthol mentioned in the past month

and today I hear about flavored cigs.

1/4? Damn, and so many people bitch at me when they ask for a cig and find out that it's a menthol.
