She defines 'phony'. Fake laughs and devastatingly unfunny remarks do not a good interview make, though Jon usually salvages something.

It just seems like too much work to make my job a union one...don'T know where to start, and then I know that if I did try to make my job a union one, then all heck woould break loose...I sometimes think that I am too old and tired to bother....just want to get on and get out...that's not the answer is it??
