The little boy next door likes me.
I talk to him out of my second floor "smoking window". Right under my window is a side door to my garage. He leaves one pine cone per day by that door, as a present. I thank him and make a big deal about the pine cones. He is still in diapers. Today, he came over and squatted down by the pine cones and did a poopy in his diaper. I take this as a compliment.

1. But he didn't leave you the diaper?
He has a lot to learn about gift-giving.

2. Awww...That's so sweet!
Just like when the cat leaves dead mice on my porch.

4. He's attempting to deodorize your air space
You didn't take the hint with the nice piney smelling pine cones, so he pooped to tell you smoking smells bad. ;)

5. My younger one used to hide during the lil squat thingy and say, "You. Don't. See. Me!" I still
crack up over that. :P How lucky you are to have a li'l guy to leave pine cones for you. :)
