3. Spicy by Euro standards
but not on the level of Thai or Indian. I'd characterize it as 'musky', if that makes sense.

Lots of paprika; the real stuff, not that canned brick-dust from the chain-markets.

Hungarian cuisine trends to be heavy. Def worth a try if you like adventure.

I usually use the German word Spaetzles.

10. I was fortunate enough to eat it
in Budapest. Great stuff. Love the paprika!
My wife (not Hungarian but still) makes a great soup variation.
